elrina753 and I were walking down St. Mark's Place when I looked up at this. The incongruity of the modern building in the distance juxtaposed with the old tenements on the block made me think of Rose and the Doctor gazing upon New New York from a field, exiting the Tardis.

I don't think, in execution, that you get the full feel of this shiny building looming in the distance. But I uploaded it anyway.
