CSA and Spices

Today was my first CSA pick-up! It included:
lettuce
mustard greens
radishes
cilantro
spinach
asian spinach
and an egg (they are trying to promote people signing up for an egg share but no way will I eat 6 a week for 20 weeks)
Last night I made some Mujadara with stuff in my pantry as part of my "pantry project". (I didn't use this exact recipe, but it looks good). Tonight I think I'll stir fry some of the spinach to go with the leftovers as I decide what to do with the rest.
A few days ago SF (formerly the Elf) came over and she asked about my pantry. I joked that my spices follow the NYC model of "building up" because they are stacked. But in truth, they are not very well organized and I have to pull a lot of things out and hunt to get to what I want unless it's in the front, on the top. So tell me, flist, how do you organize your spices? Does anyone know of a good spice rack that has both height and depth, with moving parts that can easily slide out or be manipulated within a cupboard over my sink?
