CSA part deux

So my CSA also has a fruit option. They decided to offer half shares, so I signed up!

It will include apples, blueberries, cherries, cranberries, peaches, plums, raspberries, rhubarb and strawberries.

So - give me your favorite fruit recipes flist! Please?

Fruit shakes?
Berry crumble?
fruit butters/sauces?
Savory dishes that include fruit?

I'm not really looking for pie recipes, though.
