Yah, so the plumbers were in my house for hours today. And I got f$#k all done. And after all their back and forth and in and out, this is what they did to fix the problem:



Little rubber washers on the screws. And a whole lot of dirt left behind for me to clean up. Doesn't look like much. I hope like crazy that this leakage business is FINISHED.
