about the capricious denial of sex reassignment surgery in the UK by Oxfordshire PCT.
There's a petition, that can only be signed by residents of the UK. I know a number of people on my flist live in the UK. So if you do, I urge you to sign this. It doesn't appear to be one of those ridiculous "petitiononline" self-generated fandom things, but addressed directly to Oxfordshire PM. (Official report pdf can be found here).
