Phew

Man am I exhausted!

Well, the heat in NYC is just killing us all very slowly. But aside from that, two days of JKR is enough to make anyone stop and take a breath. gryffin_claw and I were Potter co-conspirators once again. And I had the pleasure of hosting pennswoods on Tuesday and ladyaelfwynn and her husband on Wednesday. Better guests I could not have had! Now I need to clean up in preparation for tomorrow evening. I plan to have a small gathering to show off my flat. At the moment, it's not much to show off. But I'm hoping to fix that with a little straightening and scrubbing. :-)

JKR did not give me much food for thought. But I do think she is very aware of the Snape fandom now. And she knows a lot of people are not fooled by his perpetual sleight of hand trickery in the service of his agenda. Salman Rushdie certainly represented the fans in asking about Snape, even if she sidestepped it as usual. Her comment when she walked on stage that "You people really love Snape" has made me wonder if she saw the snapecast flyers, pencils and wandoms I was handing out. A girl can dream. . .

Ok, enough procrastination. Time to clean! But first a meme. At least the answer I got fits, as this is the neighborhood where I live and work!
