Kitty Pictures!!! And furniture advice
Mar. 2nd, 2004 11:24 pmAt last, I have some kitty pictures for your viewing pleasure (the 2 or 3 of you who did not get this via email, that is...)
Nymphadora, unaware she is about to be scooped up and whisked away to the vet. (Evil me)
Giving me her most pitiful look, wearing her stylish Elizabethan collar.

Faberge enjoying a little computer time in my absence. Heeeeee.
So, now about the furniture. As many of you know, I am about to start a PhD program in the Fall. I need to take control of my life! (Or, at least my room--see Faberge picture for desk details...). Basically, I'd like to find some nice but rather inexpensive furniture to replace the cheap and old armoir and wardrobe currently in my room. If you have any ideas, please do let me know. I already plan on looking into Ikea and Gothic Cabinet Craft. But I'm sure someone out there might have better ideas than those...
On a side note of the culinary sort, I steamed some flounder, marinated in teriaki sauce, ginger and scallions, accompanied by boiled red bliss potatoes. It was very easy and deeelish. I highly recommend. ::Waves to Skull, who witnessed the near disaster in action::
