Folklore
This morning I cooked an egg for breakfast and there were two yolks. I could swear it has some sort of meaning (good luck, pregnancy in the family, abundance of income, etc), something along those lines.
Does anyone know?
Well, I bought a lottery ticket just in case. :-D
This afternoon I went to a brunch and connected with a few fellow doctoral students. It was really nice to do that. I haven't socialized with them all that much (none of us have). On the way home, we had a mini blizzard. I felt like I'd walked into the middle of a snowglobe, with all the snow whizzing around me and sticking to my coat like bits of white fluff in a cotton field.
Now Callipe is at the window, showing interest in the stuff. She's never seen snow before. Heeee.
