CSA pickup week 17 of 20

Oh, I know how much you all look forward to my weekly list. :o) This week's pick-up included:

Calabasa (a kind of squash)
Corn
Peppers
Flat Beans
Eggplant
Mustard Greens
Kale
Apples
Pears

Last weekend I made a lovely roasted beet soup. Won't you help me pick a pic to post on the CSA blog? (I will try to photoshop out the streaks on the inside of the bowl after I pick one).
